Body Image

As a parent, you want nothing more than happiness and health for your child. That’s why it can be scary if you notice your daughter skipping breakfast or your son retreating to the bathroom immediately after dinner. If suspect your child is experiencing an eating disorder, try to observe their eating patterns and trust your gut. Talking with your child about eating disorders is a good place to start. And, learning how to approach the subject if you have concerns is another. The good news is they are treatable and recovery can happen.
